The Marathon is 1 month away! I am very excited, but in typical fashion, my body is falling apart. I am have crazy hip-flexor pain this time around. Last marathon, it was also coming from the same area but it was affecting my IT Band. Hopefully I can find the right training and body-work solution to be up and running(HAAA!) in a month.
